Booking Terms and Conditions
When you book with us you understand and accept these terms so please read them carefully so you understand what’s involved.
A 30% deposit is required on booking to secure your place with the balance due 12 weeks prior to the event. Bookings made within 8 weeks of the retreat need to be paid in full.
Cancellation policy
In the first instance and preferably should you need to cancel for genuine unforeseen reasons, we will make every attempt to offer you a placement on a future retreat programme within 12 months of your cancellation date.
Cancellations made within 16 weeks prior to the event will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made within 12 weeks prior to the event will lose their deposit.
Any participants that cancel within 4 weeks of the event will lose 100% of the fee.
If you decide to leave the retreat early for whatever reason we are unable to provide a refund.
In the event of an ‘Act of God’ flooding, fire, war, earthquakes, pandemics or/and any restrictions on travel placed by Governments then no refund will be provided though we will aim to offer a placement at a future retreat event.
Nutrition
We believe that food is medicine and so we focus on providing organic, nutritionally optimised, healthy menu choices that provide a balanced approach to kickstart your weight loss and healthy eating regime. We choose foods that will cleanse your digestive system, reduce inflammation and support your immunity whilst boosting your vitamin intake. We are vegan and vegetarian friendly and can provide choices for anyone suffering with any allergies or intolerances.
Smoking /Alcohol
Our retreats are alcohol and smoking free.
Me-Retreats cannot be held responsible for any health issues that arise as a result of any possible contra-indications that have not been disclosed prior to arrival on the retreat.
Me –retreats never claim to diagnose or cure any existing medical treatment. We will work with you to support your goals and you will receive an initial phone consultation post booking to identify what these are and to discuss any specific medical conditions and personal dietary requirements.
Accommodation
All our rooms are en-suite. You may book for single occupancy or you may share a room with people who are known to you, for example, a friend or a sister. Each room has a maximum capacity of two people.
Protecting Your Privacy
Your personal information and data will never be sold or passed onto any third party.
Travel Insurance/Health Insurance
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond your control such as sickness, or death of a family member, or changes in travel arrangements made by yourself or a travel company, or any other circumstance that may require you to cancel your retreat.
Programme changes
Me-Retreats reserves the right to change details of the programme/schedule or change therapists or any other details should circumstances necessitate it.
